Hello! My name is John Guzman. I am the major investor and manager of St. Thomas Glen Resorts, LLC. d/b/a Grider Hill Dock. St. Thomas purchased the assets of Grider Hill Dock, Inc. (GHD) in January 2007.

The asset sale was a major undertaking. Four law firms, three accounting firms and four banks. The “due diligence” took 9 months.

I would like to tell you a little about myself. I have known the Sloan family for many years. The Sloan’s have built a good business. I can’t run GHD like Tony but I am not without experience. I have owned marinas, operated rental fleets and operated multiple owner fleets on Lake Cumberland, Dale Hollow, Norris and Lake Powell in Arizona. I am a builder and developer and own manufacturing facilities.

2007 will be a transition year for GHD. There are many plans and upgrades GHD would like to put in place. All these new programs and facilities are subject to market conditions, water levels, Corps approval and targeted revenue. Let me share a few of these with you:

GHD has kept 90% of the “old” employees. I have also added some and promoted from within. Diann Boone is the General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. She has my 100% support. Her mandate is simple:
